Samah is development director of Oasis of Peace/ Neve Shalom/ Wahat al-Salaam, the famous peace village for Jews and Palestinians living and learning together in Israel. She is also an activist and is on the board of the Hebrew University. She has founded several feminist groups, including Na’am in Lod. Samah has also written and spoken about the linkages between associated topics, including peace, women’s rights and justice in several publications.
