gluck10542An inspiring speaker and teacher, Rabbi Gluck gave us a wonderful talk two years ago titled Jews and Muslims in London – Co-operation that Works. He chairs the Muslim-Jewish Forum of Stamford Hill and co-chairs the Arab-Jewish ForumRabbi Gluck is also renowned for his community-building and peace mediation initiatives globally and locally. Most recently he visited Poland and participated in events hosted by the Jewish community. His talk will likely address the world’s current refugee crisis and the tradition of seeking freedom, in the context of the liberation struggle and defence of the Jewish faith at the time of the Maccabee Revolt of 166 BCE.
